At the Michael Aiduss Studio, we begin with the exploration of a single idea and discover, through collaborative engagement, a pathway to the most complete set of ideas.

Initial Planning
In this organizational phase, we meet with you to assess your needs and preferences as well as any logistical obstacles. From there we create initial schematic designs for your project. This allows us to develop a conservative schedule and financial models that address construction, fabrication and professional fees. With this in hand, we have a broad overview guiding decisions going forward.
Design
Once you have approved the early schematic designs, schedule and budget, we build upon those decisions to develop a complete set of plans. Design is meant to embrace the creative with the cognitive, always pushing for the best possible solution. It is during this phase that we flush out all of those details.
Construction
and Completion
After plans are finalized, we move to construction.
To execute your project, we engage building and manufacturing professionals that work towards the highest level of craftsmanship. We carefully manage all trades through to completion, including accepting deliveries and overseeing installation. All design and construction entail change. We ensure that no matter what challenges arise, the end result is the best possible outcome. Nothing pleases us more than turning over a turn key home or new product to you.
